Warranty Terms and Conditions
product type nursing bed
1. Electric Nursing Bed 3 year structural warranty from the date you purchase the product from the shop.
2. Manual nursing bed 2 year structural warranty from the date you purchase the product from the shop.
3. Electric Nursing Bed 2 year motor warranty from the date you purchase the product from the shop.
4. Guardrails / wheels / hand cranks, 1 year warranty from the date of purchase from the shop.
5. Warranty conditions that are caused by defects of the product only.
In case of no warranty
5.1 Defects caused by improper use Lack of maintenance, breakage, collision or improper storage.
5.2 Inserting or removing the headboard and footboard of the bed does not lock. It is considered an incorrect use of the user. not considered a defect of the product Users should learn how to use it.
5.3 Products damaged by accidents, fires or natural disasters.
5.4 The product has been repaired or modified. by someone else doing it before or use in conjunction with other devices that is not certified by the manufacturing company.
5.5 Damage due to destruction by animals or insects.
5.6 The product warranty does not cover free gift products.
Products such as electric adjustable beds
1. Electric adjustable bed The bed frame is guaranteed for 10 years from the date you purchase the product from the store.
2. Electric adjustable bed Motor warranty is 2 years from the date you purchase the product from the store.
3. The warranty conditions are caused by defects in the product only. The warranty does not cover the following cases:
3.1 Damage caused by improper use. Lack of maintenance, breakage, collision or improper storage.
3.2 Inserting or removing the head of the bed Or the bottom of the bed doesn't lock. It is considered incorrect use by the user. It is not considered a product defect. Users should study how to use it.
3.3 Products damaged by accidents, fires, or natural disasters.
3.4 The product has been repaired or modified. by another person doing it before or being used in conjunction with other devices that are not certified by the manufacturing company
3.5 Damage due to animal or insect infestation
3.6 The product warranty does not cover the type of free products.
Other types of products
1. 1 full year product warranty from the date you purchase the product from the shop.
2. If the product is damaged or defective from the product The shop will change immediately.
The warranty will not cover the following cases:
